Navigate the home buying process end up with a place to call your own home.
The multiple choice questions take about 30 seconds. Once you've finished it, we'll review your details. If we think we can help you buy a property, we'll get in touch to see if you'd like to book a free 30-minute call.
We'll sit down together and go through:
After our first 30-minute call, if you're ready to move ahead, we'll collect your documents and start the credit analysis. This means we crunch the numbers and look at your application the way a lender would. Our goal is to spot any orange or red flags early.
From there, we'll work through your options together in a one-hour strategy call. We'll walk you through the whole process, and by the end you'll either be ready to apply for pre-approval or have a clear plan to move forward.
The first call is free. If you decide to go ahead with pre-approval to buy your first home, we charge a $550 (incl. GST) fee. This fee is fully refunded if you buy a home within six months.
That is fine. During the meeting we will ask for details of the address of the property they wish to use as guarantor, if there is a loan on the property how much is it and which lender so have those details handy.
Yes we help first home buyers all over the country!
Yes we can help although your situation may require some urgency. Once you have filled in the questionnaire which takes 30 seconds please email us to let us know!
That's ok. The best thing to do is get a copy of your credit file from Equifax and send us a copy prior to your 30 minutes call
Quite often we need to do more homework after the 30 minute call to see if we can find a lender that suits your situation.
